Cancellation Policy

The customer may request the cancellation 1 hour after he made his purchase. Cancellation is not valid if the customer received the product.

After processed and delivered the order, if for any reason the customer will cancel the order a service charge includes the costs of delivery shall apply. This charge will be charged from customer has previously selected for payment of the order.

If upon receiving your notice (by any means above) the goods already sent, we ask you refuse delivery to your home for the courier return it to us. Upon receiving the merchandise we return, we will make the refund in the same form of the original payment except shipping costs.

No Cancellation request will be honored after Installation or Activation
